Costs Draughts Person 08182am
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior costs draughter with a minimum of five years experience to work on a variety of cases including claimant clinical negligence, personal injury, psychological injury, commercial litigation and family files for one of Manchesters leading regional firms.
Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of work including drafting of bills, amendments, points of dispute and replies, negotiation and recovery of costs and attending detailed assessment hearings.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in costing, have clear confident communication skills, sound commercial acumen and be technically proficient in drafting, advocacy and negotiation.
