Income Review Specialist Role
The candidate must have an accounts background and possibly studying AAT, ACCA (although not essential) and ideally have knowledge of the payroll system.
The candidate must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and preferably some database experience.
The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and to be able to cope with a challenging workload subject to time pressures
The candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to converse with people who are in a vulnerable financial situations
The person should be adaptable to any situations that may arise during the working day
The person should be smart in appearance and bearing
Two to three years experience preferred.
Staring salary circa £16,000, to be reviewed after successful completion of probation.
