QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER FMCG PRODUCTS
£50,000 to £60,000 BASIC + UP TO 10% BONUS + HEALTH SCHEME

Our client supply a number of High Street multiples such as Tesco, Asda,
Debenhams and Asda with a wide range of FMCG products. As a result of expansion
An opening has arisen for a forward thinking, dynamic indivual to lead and develop
Their Quality Assurance Department. The role will involve the management and
Supervision of the Q.A workforce, ensuring that all products are assessed correctly
In line with the General Product Safety Regulations and Customer requirements,
Devising an effective Q.A business strategy to maintain departmental growth and achieve business objectives and to monitor the latest legislative and testing standards to ensure the company is at the forefront of Q.A best practice. The role will involve two to three weeks a year (one week at a time) in the Far East. To be successful in this
Role you will have 5 years management experience within a QA retail / product sourcing environment. Have an excellent understanding of current legislation within
Retail / sourcing QA processes. Experience of developing QA departmental strategy.
Experience of Far Eastern QA standards / legislation. Reporting directly to the Board
