Our client a leading trendy Fashion design and retailer require an Account Coordinator to join their Manchester offices for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Supporting a team of 11 internal and 5 external agents, you will be providing post sales aftercare for UK Key and Independent customers and sales support for all UK accounts.
Additional duties will include
Acting as first point of contact for UK customers,
dealing with external and internal queries via phone email and fax,
allocation of stock to clients
entering all orders onto the company database
processing purchase orders
ordering and organising PR and production samples,
monitoring deliveries,
issuing of all sales paperwork and liasing with warehouse personnel to resolve delivery issues and quality complaints.
You will be bright, vibrant, outgoing and an excellent communicator with strong customer relation skills. Ideally you will have a proven background within account management and be able to liaise at all levels.
