Our client is looking to recruit an experienced candidate to fulfil the following duties:
Answer all incoming telephone calls
Meet and greet all customers in a pleasant and friendly manner and introducng them to the appropriate member of staff
Ensure all telephone messages are e-mailed or passed to the appropriate member of staff promptly and accurately
Action any typing as requested
Open all incoming e-mails
Log all sales enquiries onto system
Issue visitors badges
