My client are a graduate sales consultant based near Manchester Airport. They are currently looking for a senior administrator to join their growing and successful team.
Duties will include-
• Covering all areas of general administration including all candidate and client confirmation letters
• Helping to organise assessments and all relevant paperwork
• Compilation of training manuals
• Organising times and dates of training courses
• Arranging travel and accommodation for consultants and candidates
• Analysing kpi's in order to work out the efficiencies of job sites
• Liaison with Universities in order to identify graduates for roles
This is a very involved and busy role within a fast moving and forward thinking company who are rapidly expanding.
Candidates must have-
• An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good presentation skills
• Very organised and well presented.
• Excellent administration skills
• Ability to take on responsibility
• Confident and Outgoing
• A team player who is also able to work on their own initiative
Hours of work are 0830-17.00 with a 1 hour lunch although some flexibility may be required
