My client is an established main contractor renowned for finishing projects safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standards of quality. The scope of the company activities include design & build, new build and refurbishment for both Public and Private clients. The Company has a wealth of experience across several sectors, including education, healthcare, hotel & leisure, residential, commercial, industrial and listed buildings. Over 80% of company turnover is achieved through long-term relationships with satisfied clients.
They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager for a wide range of projects in the Lancashire area. As an experience Site Manager you will be expected to have the following experience:
>Experience on both Civils and Build projects
>Track record in Site Management
>Fully competent with all health and safety legislation
>Loyal and self motivated with strong consistency throughout CV
Key duties of the role will include:
>Resposible for the day to day management of the site
>Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and the client, ensuring the finished product is in accordance with all specifications, to the highest standards of workmanship and within budget.
>Overseeing the effective and efficient running of the programme as a whole and to comply with the Health and Safety Executive, company Health and Safety Policy and all other Health and Safety Legislation during the works.
