PROJECT MANAGER - CONSULTANCY - HEALTHCARE PROJECT

They operate in over 28 global locations and cover a variety of market sectors including Retail, Residential, Homes, aviation, local government, hotels, Health service, Commercial and Education amongst others.
The company is involved in schemes that range from £10 million to values in the region of £300 million and has a turnover of £500 million employing over 2,000 staff.
Due to the continued growth a vacancy has arisen within the company for an experienced client facing Project Manager to work within the Healthcare sector.
This is a rare opportunity to join the well established Healthcare team and work on a range of projects of differing size, project value and complexity. The role will involve refurbishments / upgrading and re-design of existing hospital facilities and New build hospital developments.
You will have experience of large Capital projects, ideally within the Health sector and have a working knowledge of the overall development process. Show the ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness and the ability to excel within a team.
General requirements for this role include all Client interface and stakeholder approvals, Value and risk management, Consultant selection and fee management, Prepare, implement and close out Project Execution Plan, Design and Design Management, Formulating and implementing procurement strategy, Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports.
