An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Costsdrafting Specialist to join a highly regarded law firm in Manchester City Centre.
The role is within the claimant PI department and the post holder will be required to advise and assist the department in relation to costs and deliver training to the department.
The successful candidate will be experience in all aspects of costs, including drafting contentious bills for fast track, multi track and catastrophic high value cases.
In addition, you will complete accurate costs schedules for the court as and when required and attend assessment hearings.
Candidates will have up to date knowledge of costs case law, including that relating to conditional fee agreements.
