This is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to join the Insolvency Department of one of the UK's top practices. The position is based in Bolton but you will be expected to use the offices as a base for visits to clients.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- taking control for a number of cases and progressing them through to closure
- undertaking realisation of assets and liaison with creditors and other interested parties
- attending meetings with company directors and creditors
- preparing draft case reports and statutory documents
- reporting to the manager and carrying out cases in line with company procedures
Candidates should already have experience of working within an Insolvency Department, preferably within corporate recovery; see themselves as committed self starters; take a flexible approach to work and hours and enjoy working in a team environment.
