Outbound Executives Altrincham £14k Basic £18K OTE
The role involves taking consumers through a scripted process with a view to recommending an insurance quote. If the process goes well consultants are required to pass on this lead to the relevant insurance company.
You’ll be working from a dialler which has details of consumers who have logged onto websites looking for the cheapest insurance quote. Advisors are targeted on transferring the calls through to an insurance company.
The keys to success here are rapport building, ability to listen and communicate and to be confident on making outbound calls. You should be enthusiastic and a team player.
You’ll have previous call centre experience and will be able to demonstrate previous evidence of working within a sales role. You’ll also enjoy an incentive driven organisation which offers team and individual prizes for its’ staff.
Sales training sessions are available as is daily feedback during the an induction programme which lasts one month. This is a special commitment from this client which other companies don’t always commit to.
Salary is up to £14K basic with a realistic achievable OTE of £16K-£18K although commission is uncapped.
Hours are flexible between 9am-8pm working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
