Our client is a major international provider of business services and consultancy with offices to the north of Manchester City Centre. Their current requirement is for a Credit Manager to take over the running of an established and successful credit control division.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- day to day management of a team of ten Credit Controllers via Team Leaders
- supervision of the team leaders including their development and appraisals
- management of the successful recovery of targeted income on a monthly basis
- review and setting of KPI's and targets in agreement with the director
- resolution of complex customer issues including site visits to negotiate payment plans and types of payment terms required
- regular contribution to the running and development of the section
Applicants must have proven experience of staff management - perhaps at Team Leader level -have worked in a targeted environment, understand the values of key client relationships and take a proactive approach to the job in hand.
