Our client is a major international provider of business services and consultancy with offices to the north of Manchester City Centre. Their current requirement is for a Credit Control Team Leader to take on the daily running of an established and successful credit control team.
Reporting to the Team Manager responsibilities of the role will include:
- day to day supervision of a team of six Credit Controllers
- recruitment, training appraisal
- supervision and monitoring of the successful recovery of targeted income on a monthly basis
- review and setting of KPI's and targets in agreement with the manager
- resolution of more complex customer issues
- regular contribution to the running and development of the section
Applicants must have proven experience of staff supervision, have worked in a targeted environment, understand the values of key client relationships and take a proactive approach to the job in hand.
