Collections Advisor
Manchester City Centre
£17,100 plus bonus (OTE £22k)
One of the UK's biggest and best respected financial services companies are looking to recruit customer service focused collections advisors. You will be dealing with customers whose personal loan or credit card payments have fallen in to arrears and negotiating promises of payment from them with the objective of bringing accounts back to order. This forward-thinking company is based in Manchester City Centre, where they are looking to expand their established collections team due to expanding business. Key aspects of the role:
Handling both inbound and outbound calls to negotiate repayment terms and educate debtors to achieve the best outcome for both the bank and customer.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints wherever possible.
Maintaining up to date, accurate and relevant information on the computer system ensuring compliance with any relevant regulations.
Identifying & taking forward improvement ideas for processes and dept.
You must have:
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Good IT & keyboard skills
First class telephone skills
Ability to meet and be driven by targets

Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be highly desirable.
