Dutch contact centre language speakers required for leading multi-channel distance shopping client in Oldham. £7.04 an hour, on temp to perm contracts. The hours are working Sunday to Thursday 1-9.00pm
The role involves working for some of the largest retailers in the UK. Clients contact the company via telephone, post or via the internet. The role requires agents to deal with inbound and outbound calls, dealing with enquiries and internet users.
It also involves working under pressure, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
