Experienced Sales Managers wanted for our expanding Altrincham Call Centre. LBM is currently the largest outbound call centre in the UK housing sales and customer service campaigns for many Blue Chip companies. A rare opportunity has arisen to work as a Sales Manager on a new inbound customer service / sales campaign, working on behalf of a well known client. Full and part time hours available on a fixed term contract running from September - January with the possibility of being made permanent on completion of the fixed term contract. Similar Sales Manager experience is essential, ideally within a call centre environment. The key accountabilities include, the day to day coaching and management of sales agents, achievement of team objectives, planning rotas and shift patterns, liaising with senior management and conducting counselling and disciplinary hearings etc. For more details regarding the role and a more detailed job specification please email you CV and covering letter to the attached email address.
