Contact centre language speakers required for leading multi-channel distance shopping client in Oldham. £7.04 an hour, on temp to perm contracts. F/time hours are working 36 hrs a week between the hours of 7.00am and 9.00pm Monday to Friday. Part-time hours would be working between the hours of 5-9pm onwards.
Applicants would need to be able to speak one of the following languages, German, Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch. This client represents some of the largest retailers in the UK. Clients contact the company via telephone, post or via the internet. The role requires agents to deal with inbound and outbound calls, dealing with enquiries and internet users.
It also involves working under pressure, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
