Our client the 5th largest Finance Company in the UK has an immediate requirement for Debt Management Advisors.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to converse with people in a vulnerable financial position. Also being able to work well under pressure.
Experience in debt management is preferred but full training will be given.
The Job Role will Consist of 300 clients per administrator, Incoming calls from clients creditors, Incoming post sent from clients, Incoming post from creditors, Maintaining and updating files, Setting up new clients, Reviewing client files, Dealing with client queries
Excellent Salary with a bonus.
You must be able to work Three Early Shifts 09.00 – 17.30, Two Late Shifts 12.30 – 21.00 Monday – Friday and One in Four Saturdays 10.00 – 15.00.
