A top 100 company who are a leading finance company are recruiting Customer Service Executives to join their financial department based in the heart of Salford Quays, in professional office environment, close to shops, bars, and public transport links.
You will be joining an award winning financial organisation who specialise in Banking products for clients. They have helped over 100,000 clients and continue to grow and expand every month.
As a Financial Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients. Alongside this, you will be providing fantastic customer services and resolving a variety of in depth financial queries, ensuring the clients are retained and needs are met.
Your role will involve working to personal deadlines and targets and will be rewarded with excellent bonus structure, where you could be making OTE up to £24,000 per annum. The Financial Customer Service Advisor role is ideal for passionate customer service advisors who have gained telephone based experience, ideally from the financial sector, however this is not essential. We are seeking passionate applicants who are career driven and want to gain fantastic job satisfaction from helping people.
