Responsible for dealing with all the training administration setting up and building an effective training system to cover inductions,appraisals. Focussing on training competancy for FSA guidelines
Carrying out training needs analysis.Also assisting with HR administration and taking responsibility for Health & Safety dont need to be qualified but have an interest in these areas
