    City Centre Based Client

    Overall purpose of this role

    The purpose of this role is to assist with the technical aspect of our Client's online presence both on branded sites and aggregator sites. The role will demand keen attention to detail to ensure that all technical implementations are delivered to a high degree of accuracy.

    You will assist in ensuring that all the internet developments are delivered with a high degree of accuracy in monitoring and the ongoing accuracy of all live implementations.

    Whilst you will be required to work closely with the rest of Marketing, you will also need to build close links with Information Systems Development (ISD), Insurer Development, Business Change and the Compliance teams within the business and also the individual aggregators.

    Responsibilities within the role will include:

    Understanding of the end to end aggregator mapping process, including concepts of XML schemes.
    Implement the user acceptance testing process for the delivery of changes to Group websites and aggregator deliveries.
    Pre-test checks – check all documentation has been reviewed and signed off and liaise with aggregator to ensure all documentation has been received.
    Build UAT test packs and appropriate reporting to demonstrate that the implemented solution meets the requirements of the business.
    Identify errors and escalate to relevant personnel and drive through to resolution.
    Compile sample wins data and liaise with ISD for accuracy.
    Implement post-test checks with ISD and post live testing.
    Carry out premium accuracy tests across a sample of risks for all relevant brands/products.
    Production of regular and ad hoc management information on the key KPIs relating to the performance of the brands on the internet

    Skills and Experience required:

    Educated to degree level
    Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
    Excellent communication skills and being able to deal with colleagues at all levels
    Excellent organisational and time management skills
    Meticulous approach to work with excellent attention to detail
    Excellent analytical and numerical skills, preferably in a financial services background
    Self motivated and proactive individual with the drive to succeed
