Our client is an established leader over 30years in the medical industry and is now developing themselves in the pre/non hospital sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales and marketing focused individual to join the business at a crucial and exciting time. The business has an excellent reputation in the industry and they are now looking to use this to its full advantage in pushing the new service forward.

As a new team set up it is crucial that you have previous cold calling experience as in the early days you will be hitting the phones to develop brand awareness. You will be expected to work with the manager in putting together marketing campaigns to be then followed up. You should also possess good supervisory skills as you will be responsible for supervising another team member. This role is going to require somebody with stamina and who can go the distance as a new concept it is going to require somebody who is prepared to give 100%.

The role requires a self starter with excellent organisation skills, somebody who is an ideas person and can make the role their own. The successful candidate will possess a bright, intelligent and business development personality together with excellent communication and rapport building skills and must be driven by reward and success. This role would suit somebody looking to move out of a telesales role into a more varied sales and marketing role.
