We are looking for Customer Service team leaders to work for a large contact centre based in Bolton.
The organisation is a market leader and is looking to give talented individuals the opportunity to make a name for themselves with one of the countries leading companies.
Suitable candidates should have contact centre team leader experience, with the ability to manage and lead a team of 15 advisors.
Your team will be handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, wishing to open sales accounts, and requiring high levels of customer service.
You should have a history of performing one to ones, monitoring KPIs and achieving team targets, with the ability to motivate a team, and be a strong people manager.
Starting salary is £18000 - £19500 plus bonus.
This is a full time position with hours between 8am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 8 - 5 Saturday.
