Our client are a headhunter based in Cheadle Hulme who specialise in the print and packaging industry. They are currently looking for a resourcer to support one of their most successful consultants.
Basic salary of £14k + bonus (£200 per every 2 candidates that you have sourced placed)
Duties will include-
• Making outbound calls top source candidates for roles
• Selling roles to candidates and gaging their commitments and requirements
• Reaching sales and commission targets
• Learning all aspects of recruitment and headhunting
• Providing the highest levels of customer service
• Promoting the business and client / candidate relations
• Our work is mainly telephone based , so you should have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies.
• You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs and organising interviews.
You must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude.
