SALARY: £14500 + uncapped commission (Earn up to £22k OTE), immediate interviews and start dates.
Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are recruitment specialists in the Call Centre Market and currently have a number of exciting vacancies available.
Our client offers award winning products and services. The role involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns for clients such as O2, Npower, More Than, Sky etc.
You will be responsible for liaising with existing customers to advise them of offers they are not currently taking advantage of.
You will need to demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections and enjoy working in a target-orientated environment.
THE ROLE
· Making outbound calls to new and existing clients.
· Working to targets and KPI’s
· Selling and promoting products
· Completing all relevant administration.
· Have excellent objection handling skills
· Be motivated and enthusiastic.
· Be determined and target driven
· Be able to communicate at all levels.
