Our client is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to be responsible for managing and negotiating external supplier contracts.The successful candidate will have experience within finance or debt management environments
The ideal candidate will be able to design, develop and execute significant strategical and operational changes to increase revenue
Devise and deliver a comprehensive Training courses
Create bespoke treatment strategies for a wide range of clients to enable the SLAs to be met
Revise KPI suite of reports within the Business to allow performance to be measures to support forecasts and Plans
Responsible for the productivity and performance levels of departments.
