Full Description:

An international city centre bank is looking for a cantonese and manderin speaking individual, to join its reptuable sales team as a marketing and sales clerk.
This role will involve assisting in marketing and delivering sales of products and services offered by the Bank whilst also undertaking day to day operational tasks to assist the Branch in achieiving all targets and objectives

Main responsibilities of the Role
.Assist in developing a marketing plan to approach existing and new customers with appropriate products and services
·To conduct structured sales interviews, identifying customer needs and ensure they are also offered products and services to suit their requirements and to provide outstanding customer service
·Maintain excellent level of product knowledge and conduct all interviews as appropriate to regulatory standards
·Work with the Branch Manager and team to develop an excellent profile in the local community
.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
·Interview customer, prepare documentation, forms and file note for account application.
·Opening of Individual, Company account/Sole Trader/Partnership/Charity/Club and Association account.
·Assisting with the administration for loan and credit applications
·Liaise with credit card/debit card center in relations to card issues
· To comply with the Retail Banking and Banking Departments procedures and policies manual at all times

Experience Required
·Sales and/or Banking degree or equivalent would be beneficial
·Qualified or Part Qualified in CeMAP, CeFA or ACCA
·Good working knowledge or Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
·Experience and motivated by working to targets
·Strong interpersonal skills and ability to not only work as part of a team but also on own initiative
·Cantonese/Mandarin language skills required
