Business Customer Service Advisor required to join an expanding telecoms' company with plush offices based in Didsbury £15151k basic + bonus & excellent benefits.
Working in a professional and fast paced business to business customer service environment you will be responsible for predominately inbound customer queries. You will be handling issues relating to billing, faults, upgrades and resolving general customer queries. You must have experience of either B2B customer service or Telecoms' based customer service.
