£18,176 - £22,000 dependent on experience and skills

This role is an excellent opportunity to expand on your experience and increase your level of responsibility and financial rewards. My client is by far a leader within their industry and an increase within operations means they are looking for a scheduling analyst, who from being based in Manchester can look after various UK sites. This role involves excellent organisation, reporting skills and the ability to work under pressure.

This role is concerned with resource planning and ensuring the contact centres are ran effectively and consultants are scheduled in place. You will be analysing performance, creating forecasts and reports and dealing with ad hoc problems and planning of training events. Your position will be crucial in ensuring optimum performance across operations. You will work closely with planners to ensure accurate models and forecasts are produced with all contact centres on a short term basis.

You will need to come from a similar background; you should have experience in resource planning, scheduling, work planning, real time planning, intra-day coordination or performance analysis. More importantly you will need to be familiar with MS Excel to an intermediate level and have some exposure to workforce planning tools such as QMAX, e-WFM, E-workforce or Blue Pumpkin. You will ideally have experience working in a call or contact centre environment and have the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks. Any experience in MI or Reporting will be advantageous but not essential. Candidates educated to degree level would be preferred but this is not essential.

A bonus scheme is offered in addition to the basic salary. This is in the region of £2,000 and is guaranteed.
