We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales person to work for an established stationery company based in Oldham. Our client are a very forward thinking company who constantly incentivise and reward their staff for a jobs well done. These are all on top of your salary and commission of course, just a little added bonus to maintain a friendly competitiveness within the teams.
Your role will include making outbound calls to potential customers, selling the services of the company and winning their business. Taking incoming calls from existing customers and building rapport with them in order to ensure their continued custom. Inputting orders onto the database and ensuring orders have been dispatched. Working to targets and deadlines within a very fast moving environment where you will need to be able to hit the ground running and pick up company procedures quickly.
You will be joining an established team with a good amount of repeat business already so really will need to be able to hit the ground running.
In return for your hard work you will receive a salary of £16,000 and a realistic OTE of £22,000 + lots of other perks and benefits.
