You will be responsible for managing the switchboard and fielding all incoming calls.
Meeting and greeting visitors.
Helping set up conference rooms.
Checking emails and arranging/updating the diary.
Sorting the post on a daily basis and perform general admin duties filling, faxing, arranging transport for the engineers.
