The role is for an Internal Marketing Consultant responsible for developing and marketing Economy HR within a geographical area. You will work closely with an External Marketing Consultant creating sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote Economy HRs services.
Your main marketing tools, with the help of your external marketing consultant, will be via telephone, email, fax, mail shots, networking events and through arranging Employment Law/H&S events within your area.
You will also inherit an existing client base from which you can develop new business.
To deal with lead generation for the company, booking new business appointments for our field-based Consultants.
Telephone, office-based sales-driven.
Appointment-making Role, working in conjunction with external Marketing Consultant. Direct, immediate selling may be involved.
To ensure achievement of daily targets, i.e. appointment levels, lead generation, seminar activity, client initiatives.
Efficient communication between internal and external sales at all times
Basic £14000 + OTE 24k
