This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced trainer with high levels of energy, determination and enthusiasm to join a small in-house training team where you will be responsible for building credible relationships with Managers and staff to assist them in identifying learning needs and developing and delivering appropriate solutions. You will also be expected to bring new ideas to help develop the function as well as challenge and review current programs in order to meet the changing needs of this business.
Your role will include identifying organisation, departmental and individual learning needs then devise bespoke development intervention. Conducting full training cycle, assessing and evaluating all development needs. Assiting Managers with the development process, skills and personal development plans.
You will proactively build and manage relationships with key business stakeholders. You will design, deliver and maintain Corporate Induction Programmes for new starters. Working closely with key business stakeholders to ensure all training material is accurate and up-to date. Design and deliver tailored soft skills programmes as well as e-learning courses.
You will also provide advice, guidance and support to Managers with regard to development issues.
