Telecommunications Application Support and Billing Systems Analyst

CRM/ Mainframe Support/ Batch Processing:

North West Based, Cheshire- commutable from Merseyside, Wigan and Warrington;
£20,188- £22,000 + benefits + bonus

My client have an exciting position available for an experienced analyst within the telecommunications sector to expand technically with improved future opportunities Due to expansion they are looking for a skilled support analyst with experience within the telecommunications sector. The position will involve providing support and assisting with billing issues, SLA management and general application support.

My client offer a generous salary and financial rewards package. Training and progression opportunities are also available through regular reviews and internal promotion. This position will offer variation as well as the opportunity to develop your technical experience and telecoms knowledge.

You will firstly need experience within a telecoms environment within a technical application support role or back office position. You will need experience with billing platforms. You will be offered training on bespoke billing systems. Any exposure to CRM systems will also be desirable. Candidates with knowledge of batch processing will be of particular interest but this is not essenstail. Any knowledge/ exposure to mobile virtual network operators will be desirable but not essential.
Your communication skills must be first class and its vital you are ambitious and can pick up new skills quickly! Technical training can be offered but its important your previous experience is relevant.
