SALES OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is recruiting for a Weekend Administrator to work 15.5 hours on a Saturday and Sunday for a large furniture retailer based in Preston
It is the role of the sales office administrator to process and monitor sales orders effectively and efficiently. It is also a requirement to assist our customers with any queries they have in relation to their order.
Working hours are 15.5 hours - Saturday = 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday = 11:00am - 5:30pm. You will also be required to work some Bank Holidays.
Salary will be £7.48per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and accurate data input.
- Liaise effectively with finance companies and suppliers.
- Provide customers and potential customers with quality and accurate Information.
- Promptly arrange delivery to customers.
- Provide customers with excellent after sales care/support.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation in terms of dress, grooming, personal hygiene and appearance.
- Always be punctual and behave in a professional manner.
- Accurately control the administration and movement of stock.
- Maintain a friendly and efficient all-round communication with all customers and staff.
- Be discrete about the Company's business - do not divulge information to outside parties.
- Handle any monies in line with the company procedures.
- Be available for training and coaching sessions, both in store and away.
- Be fully acquainted with company systems and procedures.
- Take responsibility for the security of the office when necessary.
- Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of the office.
- In additional to these activities, you may be required to carry out other tasks associated with the operation of the branch or the provision of customer service as may be reasonably determined by your branch manager
