I am looking to make contact with bright individuals that are looking to take their next step on the career ladder.
My client is looking to recruit a Support Supervisor for a role based in Leeds with a salary of 30K.
Purpose of Role
Coordinate the daily work of the Regional Support Analysts and provide technical and business leadership, guidance and support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a customer focused and professional support function to the business, ensuring that resource levels are managed and workloads are prioritised.
- Ensure a seamless service & system delivery to the business by ensuring business continuity and information security for the systems which the job holder is responsible for. Ensure service delivery to the business by managing and achieving contracted service levels and committed deadlines.
- Manage all aspects of team performance including the performance management process, selection, organisation and development of the team.
- Manage and co-ordinate all IT assets to comply with the business and company standards/policies and procedures. Also ensure that software license compliance levels are adhered to.
