LBM Direct Marketing has several new opportunities available across all North West sites for Customer Service Representatives. The positions will involve taking inbound calls on behalf of a major client, providing customer service and taking customer orders and payment details. There will also be an opportunity at the end of the call to cross sell and up sell additional products at discount prices. Positions available on a fixed term contract basis running from September to January with a possibility of a permanent position on completion on contract. Full time shifts available with varying hours.
