A leading Company in the Financial Sector has merged with a Leading Sales and Marketing Company. They are now looking to expand within the competitive Debt Management arena. Both companies are well established and have an excellent reputation in their fields. They are looking to expand their teams in their spacious modern and bright offices in the heart on Manchester's City Centre.
As a Lead Generating Team Leader you will be managing a team twelve staff who are qualifying leads to then pass onto the Debt and Secured Lending Teams who will then sell the relevant Debt Management solution to them. Your day to day role will involve:
* Managing a expanding team of 12 lead generators ensuring that they are qualifying the leads to the expanded standard of the company.
* Be able to motivating and performance managing a team to ensure that they and you achieve targets and objectives.
* Providing the team with guidance and support along with regular coaching and feedback.
* Sharing your knowledge and experience of the industry with them in order to develop them and enable them to become more successful in their roles.
To be successful in your application you will have ideally:
* Worked within the financial industry preferably in the loans, or debt, IVA, sector were you have had to previously qualify people before offering a form of financial assistance.
* Previously managed a team
* Previously worked towards targets
* Have a understanding of debt management
In return you will receive:
* A annual salary of 17 - 19K dependant on your level of experience
* A annual potential OTE in 1st year of 25K uncapped.
