Our Client is one of the longest established independently owned legal expenses insurance providers within the UK insurance market. Due to expansion, they are actively seeking additional claims handlers to join the team. Taking calls from customers, you will take details of the claim seeing it through to settlement.
To be considered for the role you must possess insurance experience, motor claims would be an advantage with excellent customer service skills. Strong key board skills are essential, along with Maths and English grades C or above, or the equivalent and an excellent telephone manner.
