Subcontract Manager - £45k+ Excellent Benefits - Manchester
My client a leading utilities organisation are looking to recruit a Subcontract Ledger Manager to join a new team.
The successful candidate will have previous Subcontract Ledger and hands on 'People Management' and it is essential that you have Sub Contract Ledger experience.
The purpose of the role is to:
Manage & Motivate the team
One to Ones & Appraisals
Cover all staff matters, holidays, sickness, disciplinary & recruitment
Kip's
Plan and manage workload
Implement & Improve process's
Ad hoc duties
The role would be suited to someone who is self motivated and who has also worked within a high volume transaction environment. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in order to meet SLA's.
