Our client, based in Warrington, is an award winning, market leading IT & data solutions company with 5 nationally offices throughout the UK. Established for over 20 years, the Warrington head office currently houses over 140 members of staff, and is still expanding. A new vacancy has arisen for a Telemarketer to work within the vibrant Telemarketing department, which will involve:

Contacting a mixture of warm and cold leads, in order to maximise sales by proactive calling to the B2B marketplace and sourcing new business leads for the sales team
Ensuring the integrity of data by updating the database within your sales calls.
Maximising sales by making appropriate phone calls to companies from the company CRM database
Qualify leads Update and verify information on the database during phone calls (such as turnover, address, current software, add new contacts when necessary)
Add any self sourced opportunities onto database
Liaise with internal sales people to follow up leads/pipeline

Previous Business-2-Business experience telemarketing is required, as is the ability to qualify sales leads. You must be able to build strong relationships, and so strong communication skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise workload are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting performance targets (KPI’s).

Competitive basic salaries paid (£16 - £21k dependant upon experience), along with a generous commission structure allowing a further £8k (uncapped) to be earned on top.
