Customer Service/Administrator required to work for a large Marketing Company based in Salford Quays.
You will be the first point of contact for large corporate clients, handling all incoming calls and providing excellent service and quality at all times. Some positions will involve providing a sales support service to an Account Manager, as well as directly to customers.
In these busy sales support roles, you will provide quotations to customers, process orders and handle all enquiries effectively. Some roles involve liaising with suppliers in order to get best prices and maximise margin.
You will have at least 1 year previous experience in a customer service role and you will be used to handling a high volume of calls professionally and resiliently.
You will be confident under pressure with the ability to think outside the box, build strong relationships and have excellent negotiation skills.
Computer literate with good keyboard skills, you will be a team player and will have good attention to detail whilst being able to juggle conflicting priorities. A good sense of humour and an ability to remain professional whilst working under pressure in this busy environment is crucial.
