    CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEADER

    MACCLESFIELD

    £18,000 - £23,000 dep on experience

    This is an extremely varied and diverse role as you will responsible for all incoming calls relating to a number of queries ranging from customer problems, billing advice, general customer service, sales and service etc Providing support to the sales department and clients whist training, managing and motivated a small team of advisors.

    Daily duties will include:


    Providing support, development and training to existing customer support team
    Motivating and incentivising agents
    Dealing with existing customers, proactively identifying and helping existing customers with problems implementing solutions
    Identifying and maximising on possible sales opportunities
    Being first point of contact for existing customers who need issues rectifying
    Dealing with account maintenance and account queries via telephone and e-mail
    Receiving customer orders and processing within agreed deadlines
    1st line product support to customers



    You will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience

    Minimum 2 years experience within a business / corporate customer service environment
    Experience of working within the telecommunications industry, whether call centre, retail, account management.
    Management experience ideally within the telecoms industry
    Good organisational and administrative skills
    Ability to use own initiative
    Excellent customer service skills with great communication skills
    Willingness to take ownership of problems
    Ability to spot and identify sales opportunities
    Self managed and target driven
    Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)



    Receive an excellent basic salary £18,000 - £23,000 plus company benefits and great career opportunities, working business hours Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30.
