3 Month contract role based in Newcastle for a Multilingual Helpdesk Support Analyst for my locally based client. You are required to be fluent in German or Dutch or French and have worked in a call centre environment or on an IT Helpdesk. You will be supporting external users with Windows application office, excel, access, Windows XP and Vista (will be advantageous) Outlook. There is a fantastic working environment with team nights out and lunch times, the contract is initially for 3 months but is likely to get extended for up to a year.
