Outbound Sales Advisors (warm leads / existing customers)

Altrincham town centre

£14,000 Basic + £400 - £500 bonus per month

Summary: We are looking for confident, target driven Sales Advisors to join a small (70 seats), friendly contact centre in Altrincham town centre. All calls are from warm leads to existing customers so NO cold calling is involved. Whilst experience of sales or outbound Customer Services is desirable, we are also interested in talking to confident, outgoing individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to earn good money working to realistic targets.

Due to the ongoing success of their business, our client has recently doubled the size of its contact centre to 70 seats - and it has ambitions to carry on growing. They offer a friendly, team driven working environment, excellent induction and ongoing training and genuine career progression - all advisors are encouraged to progress to senior advisor status and Team Leaders are promoted from within. This is not a hard selling environment (leads are no older than 48 hours) and an excellent bonus structure is in place to reward performance against target each and every month.

We are looking for confident, outgoing and target driven / money motivated individuals who enjoy working in a team environment. Whilst experience gained in a target driven contact centre is highly desirable, we are also looking to talk to people who are naturally outgoing and confident in their ability to talk to people and who would enjoy working in a friendly, target driven environment.
