Customer Service Advisors / Sales Advisors
Altrincham
£14,000 Basic + £400 - £500 bonus per month
Summary: We are looking for experienced Customer Service / Sales Advisors to join a small (70 seats), friendly Customer Service / Sales team in an exciting and lively team driven environment. Ongoing training and development is on offer for those wanting to build new skills and career progression is actively promoted and supported. An excellent bonus structure is in place to reward performance against realistic targets each and every month.

Our client is growing steadily and during 2008 has doubled the size of their contact centre to 70 seats. With ambitions to continue this growth into 2009, we looking for confident Customer Service / Sales Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis. They offer a friendly, team driven working environment, excellent induction and ongoing training and genuine career progression - all advisors are encouraged to progress to Senior Advisor status and Team Leaders are promoted from within. This is not a hard selling environment (leads are no older than 48 hours) and an excellent bonus structure is in place to reward performance against target each and every month.
We are looking for confident, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a team environment. Whilst experience gained in a contact centre is highly desirable, we are also looking to talk to people who are naturally outgoing and confident in their ability to talk to people and who would enjoy working in a friendly, target driven environment.
