Our client is based in Oldham, Manchester. They have a requirement now for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Team.
Your role will involve taking incoming calls, making outbound calls and investigating any queries trough to a satisfactory resolution.
Duties within the role:
To work as part of a team and be the main point of contact.
Listen to customers’ specific needs and action or resolve as necessary.
Input information accurately and efficiently.
Offer advice when necessary and resolve queries in a timely and effective manner via inbound and outbound telephone calls
Providing a caring, efficient, knowledgeable and effective interface with customers at all times.
Candidates should have proven experience within a Customer Service environment, excellent communication skills and be P.C. Literate.
