• An initial detailed telephone conversation during which the consultant will ask indepth questions relating to your current role, previous experience and your skills to meet the role you have applied for.
• An honest and open dialog regarding your initial and/or subsequent applications. Career and training advice is offered if appropriate or requested.

A face to face interview with your consultant before meeting any client – during this meeting we will discuss interview techniques and give you detailed information on how to research for the interview. Full support during and after your resignation period. We also offer full support during the first three months of you starting a new role.
